With 26 years of expertise in the security and surveillance industry, Boulet combines deep technical knowledge with consultative sales and business development leadership. He most recently excelled as Senior Technical Consultant at Dahua Technology Canada (2016–2023), where he oversaw national sales and technical support, designed complex systems, authored key documentation, navigated major leadership transitions to maintain profitable growth, earned the 2021 North America “Trusted Technical Advisor of the Year” award, and was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2023. His career also features impactful roles at Motorola Solutions (Sales Engineer), ReconAI (Business & Solution Development Manager), and earlier leadership positions—including building a profitable Quebec market from scratch as Systems Integration Director at Total Security Management (now Garda World) and delivering enterprise integrations for major clients.

A certified expert in leading VMS platforms (Avigilon, Pelco, Axis, Dahua, IndiGoVision, and others), cloud VSaaS, network design, access control, and scalable solutions, Boulet is fully bilingual and eager to drive DW partnerships and growth across Quebec, the Maritimes, and Eastern Canada.
